As I said before, the man has a benign motivation, he does it for his loved ones, but in the case of the woman, there are a couple of reasons, if she has children, she will do it for them, but maintaining the balance between work and family is not It's easy, it ends up wearing them down and they tend to get much more Stress, as the old saying goes: "he who serves two masters", can never be focused on the company's objectives, leaves for family matters are very frequent, which It does not make her eligible for promotions, and many women are happy that way, they tend to spend forever in a stable position that does not require much commitment, that makes them excellent administrators, so much so that sometimes they tend to become bureaucratized.

The second reason is much more complicated, when they do not have children and work only for themselves, this usually has strong consequences, on the one hand, their personality belongs to the selfish side, which causes them to be unempathetic as bosses, being especially cruel to her subordinates, on the other hand, her character becomes bitter, causing a bad work environment, as many women know, the worst boss is this type of woman, who finds no more reason to live, who obtains all social validation from her work, These types of attitudes of first me, then me and last me, usually cause very low efficiency, poor communication, a lot of personal friction and usually end in financial losses. And on the more personal, more philosophical aspect, what's the point of working if you live alone?
